My pixel ninjas work in mysterious and awesome ways, their latest work is a promotional video that looks to entice would-be career candidates into considering my employer as their possible future employer. It focuses quite a bit on big picture things centered around culture - a topic that's critically important to me personally and as an HR leader (check out my post this coming Wednesday as part of the latest Carnival of HR for more on my take on this topic). And rest assured, I ask myself some version - usually a bit more focused on retention - of that same question almost every day.
